I’ve had acne on my forehead for about 4 months now and it's nearly gone. I've been using the same powder cover up for a while now and want to kick it up a notch. Any ideas of what I have the ability to do?

Answer:
If you can, avoid using makeup at all (it can cause zits or make them worse)
but if you must, use Covergirl Clean Collection Oil Control concealer!
it works like a dream. (and it is whipped, which gives it a thicker texture to cover red spots)

If you prefer powder, use bare minerals!

you should try some sort of scrub everynight, a homemade one.

You can use tomatoes and sugar and just put the sugar on the tomatoe slice and rub it all over your face, i learned this in a youtube video :)

Also, everynight wash off your powder, no matter how light the makeup is, its still makeup and it can help cause acne.
Secondly, each morning you put on makeup, before you do anything, put on some moisturizer.

as for makeup, powder will cover some of your acne, but it varies because its so light that you kind of have to cake it on to hide it.
My suggestion is, do what i stated above, and use concealer instead of powder, it covers it and evens your skin as well.

wearing make up when you’ve acne is not bad, just as long as you wash it off.
if you want to go heavy i would recommend mac.
it works really well, but its on the expensive side.
but you have to remember to clean your face at nights.
