How can i deal with this kind of acne, that hard to heal even when using saliyic acid and benyrol peroxide. Even then it takes month to heal? should i be using accutane? any comments?

Answer:
It's called a “Pustule” and generally gets created in deeply blocked pores. The Pustule (pimple) never raised to the surface to it stays under the top layer of skin for extended periods of time.

I like to use natural treatments for this kind of problem because they tend to be gentler.

The tricky part about acne is that the problem can actually become worse if you overmedicate. That's because acne medication can overdry the skin, causing a boost in your skin's Sebum (oil) production. This results in…you guessed it - more acne.

So what's the long term solution? Find gentler solutions or even natural acne cures that won't shock your body into more breakouts. Here's what I recommend:

- Use a glycerin based facewash. Glycerin is gentler and will balance the ph levels in your skin.

- For body acne, try using an antibacterial soap to slowly dry out the skin. If your skin gets too dry, switch to a moisterizing soap like Dove to counterbalance the effect.

- Wash your face only 2 times a day max and gently pat dry with a towel.

- Use a gentle face moisterizer if the glycerin based face wash drys you out too much.

- Eat almonds, fiber, drink lots of water and avoid excess sugar intake.

- If acne medication isn't working or causing new breakouts, try applying egg whites to the pimples at night before bed. This natural remedy works great.

- One of my favorite natural skin conditioners is wearing an “oatmeal mask”. The oatmeal with smooth your skin while simultaneously absorb toxins and oils from your pores.

- Rubbing a slice of lemon on acne will dry out the pimple and balance the pH levels in the skin. Some people don't enjoy smelling like a lemon but the solution does work.

- Put a dab of rubbing alcohol on pimples after you pop them. The alcohol will kill backteria, shrink the pimple and dry out oily pores.

Answer:
That kind of acne is called cystic acne. You should go to the dermatologist to see what they’ll advocate for you. I would try antibiotics and a topical cream which they usually prescribe before using Acutane. There are lots of side effects for Acutane that you should be aware of before taking it. However, Acutane is what dermatologists will probably prescribe if you have cystic acne and you've tried everything else.

Answer:
The three answers I read were exactly right, it sounds like cystic acne - and I would go STRAIGHT to a dermatologist. As a skin management professional, I would seriously make an educated decision, but roaccuatine in that case would prove a fantastic success! Just be aware of the side effects whilst on the drug - but any medical professional should guide you through this.

Otherwise as a non invasive addition to prescription is PDT or photo-dynamic therapy (Blue LED light therapy) - google something like omnilux blue will give u a bit more of an idea.

Answer:
Some are just best to leave alone and don't pick and apply just tee green oil. You can pick it up at any parmacy for arounf 6-8dollars for a 2oz. bottle. Make sure to use a new cotton ball each time so you don't containted the whole bottle. It works great for those huge boil like things, that never want to actually want to come to any head at all!! After apprrox. 2-3 days, it'll be almost down to nothing and noticablity is gone, till next time. REPEAT!

That kind of acne is called cystic acne. I used to have it pretty bad. Different treatments including benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid didn't work very well for me. I took Accutane and it cleared my acne up completely. I would definitely advocate taking it.

Answer:
Go to a doctor and see if you need a prescribed medication and or a referral to a dermatologist. Could be the ideal thing. Otherwise you are wasting money on products that just don't work for you.
