I'm a 22 year old male. I have acne on my back and chest. I would luv to get rid of this. I've heard that tanning is a good way to get rid of it. Any more recommendations that won't cost me a fortune?

Neutrogena has an acne body wash and also a body scrub, so I would try one of those.

Be careful with the tanning though because a lot of times it can just make things worse.
