My dermatologist prescribed me a topical acne cream a couple weeks ago, and I've been breaking out more since I've started using it.

Is the acne supposed to get worse before it gets better?
And about how long does it take before it starts getting superior?

Some people have skin that is irritated by benzoyl peroxide. I would keep using it and if, after several weeks, it does not get better, contact your dermatologist.

It does get worse before getting better , this is how the acne cream works, it is meant to clear all acne even the unseen acne, this is why it gets worse before getting better……
