Answer:
I can really sympathise with you. I too tried every cream and facewash on the market, only to find it made my dry skin much much worse. I started to use a moisturiser and things got a bit superior. Recently though, I started to get spots with no head - they were like lumps under the skin and were really uncomfortable.

I then stumbled across this downloadable book by Chris Gibson - http://herbal-remedy-for-acne.com - and was very doubtful at his claims he could clear my skin in 3 days, but I'd reached the end of my tether so I thought I'd give it a go.

I was amazed! It actually took around 4 - 5 days, but seriously my skin is so much superior now. Not only have my spots gone, but my skin just looks so much healthier too. If you download the ebook, just follow what he states. Some of the things I thought “No way will that work” (like applying castor oil to your skin at night, because I figured it would just make my spots worse) - but it's breathtaking. I get a bit evangelical about it now, because I see people with acne and I really want them to try it too, because it's changed my life so much for the superior.

I hope it works for you, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Answer:
Consulting your doctor or a dermatologist is the ideal way to secure proper acne treatment with dry skin care. It is best to understand the problem first before administrating treatments. Look into your lifestyle, diets and other factors to determine what can cause your acne and dry skin. There are several treatments for acne and each results vary depending on the cause. Keep a healthy lifestyle, be always well hydrated and avoid bad habits such as smoking. Maintain a good skin care routine to keep skin clean.
