I’m 27 years old. I still get a tiny acne, and some acne scaring. My face seems to be red all the time. How can I make this go away?

Please see a doctor, and get a referral to a dermatologist. It's a serious issue and everybody's skin is different; what works for one person won't work for everyone else. Commercial products like Proactiv can do more harm than good.
