I have microderm instead of normal facials. I use good products and put a mask on once a week so I don't need a facial to do those simple things. That's why I’ve microderm instead. It is a great deep sanitize that you cannot do yourself at home properly.

For acne like you are talking about, I would try IPL or VPL - the variable pulse light treatments. Make sure you go to a reputable salon and discuss it with them before you even consider doing it.

It is expensive and by god it hurts - but the results are totally fantastic. This is what celebs have done weeks before a large event and why their skin glows.
