NO! I’ll not pop them, that makes it worse.

What products will work that are under 10 dollars and what can I do to prevent more acne?

Answer:
I recommend Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash (target, $5.59)

It cleans really well and does not clog pores. It also has salicylic acid to help treat acne.

I also suggest Neutrogena On-The-Spot vanishing cream. It doesn't dry out your skin like some creams do.

I hope this helps.

Answer:
PCA Skin pHaze for Acne is a spot treatment for mild acne and blemish-prone skin.(12,95)

I usually have mild acne following my menstrual cycle, but this summer I had a very distressing episode of cystic acne. The pHaze cream has a very impressive light, creamy texture (and a subtle citrusy fragrance) that spreads and absorbs well over the skin, even in very sparing doses and works well with other moisturizers and make-up. Cystic acne obviously takes a great deal of time to fade, and I wasn't anticipating a miracle, but I have noticed an improvement to my skin over the past week without any over-drying or burn.

Don't use proactiv! I’ve read so many questions on this website where people say it didn't work and it just made their acne worse! Try using clean and clear or even clearasil. I’ve used both of them and the both work great!!
