I’ve seen the effects of roaccutane and I really want to try it. I fear my doctor won't prescribe me it because last time he prescribed me a drug he stated I definitely have mild acne.
What should I do?

Answer:
It's obviously up to your physician to do the prescribing. But, from my point of view, I prescribe acne for two indications: the first one is for very bad, cystic acne; the second is for persistent acne, despite having tried good, standard antibiotic therapy. It sounds as if your case may fall under the second criterion?
