Well I have acne, and I wanna know if it's what i'm eating that is causing it. I usually eat a couple fruits or vegetables a day, some patato chips with hot sauce, cereal, pop tarts, soda, rice, chicken, french fries.

Acne is a massive problem for me because i love the rest of my body. I'm 5'10 120lbs,nice hair, designer clothes, but my acne ruins it all!! HELP!

If you're a teenager then it's absolutely normal to have acne. Though if you want to prevent acne I would cut the soda consumption down to about 1 to 3 a week. (that helped me) Also, whenever you’ve the urge to eat unhealthy foods like Pop Tarts, Potato Chips, and French Fries try to go for carrots, apples, or even yogurt.

Also, food is not the only source of acne. Try washing your face twice a day with unscented soap and wash rag. You could even purchase an acne preventer such as Clean and Clear at the drug store for around $4 to $8 dollars.

Are you eating dairy, ie, milk, cheese, A lot of ppl tend to break out when eating dairy and chocolate. PPl break a lot eating chocolate. # Accumulation of dead skin cells.-Bacteria in the pores.

so there are many studies showing junk food isn’t related to acne. Drinking plenty of water might help, but you need medication to target you hormones.

I have no idea why this works.. but when i take big.. i.e. many times over the daily necessary dose of vitamin C.. i find my acne clears up.. might not work for you.. but always worth a try :-)
